This charming, comfortable, lake front home has all the amenities needed to enjoy your time at Lake  
Anna.  The home is located on the private side of Lake Anna.  Unlike the public side of the lake  
where boat traffic is so heavy, the private side offers safety and peace of mind while out on the  
water because the traffic is drastically lessened.  The home has 6 beautiful bedrooms with 2 Master  
Bedrooms. It also has 4 full baths with one bathroom having an overized soaking tub to relax in  
after a day of fun in the sun.  This home was completely renovated within the last year and has a  
brand new kitchen with all new appliances as well brand new bathrooms. It even has brand a new  
washer and dryer. The home has a beautiful sunroom which is surrounded with windows that overlook  
the lake as well as a very large deck with an extra large gas grill so you can enjoy a bbq in the  
evening.  You will not be at a loss for things to do.  Aside from the wonderfully fun lake  
acivities, there is a gorgeous white sand beach, horseshoes, volleyball, and a fire pit for those  
late night chats.  There is also ping pong, darts, air hockey, and a foosball table for your  
enjoyment. The fun never ends at Cougar Point.

Activities and Attractions

We are located in the first cooling lagoon on the warm side of the lake, the water stays warm enough  
that you can still enjoy the water activities in the fall while the places on the cold side of Lake  
Anna have long said goodbye to summer activities. Have an evening of wine tasting at Lake Anna  
Winery or place everyone in the car for a short drive to Paramounts Kings Dominion Amusement Park or  
drive to visit some historical sites such as Monitcello or venture off to Charlottesville for all  
its charm. Other nearby attractions is golfing, hiking at Lake Anna State Park. Boat rentals, jet  
ski rentals, and marina services are all available nearby and will deliver right to your own boat  
launch which is located on the property. For shoppers, Fredericksburg's and Richmond's shopping  
malls are just 35 - 45 minutes away. Antiquing is everywhere along the county roads all around Lake  
Anna area

Vacation Rental Rates

Sept - May - 1700 weekly -- 325 for one night with a minumum 2 night stay.Week ends are 350. per  
night Memorial Day weekend is  
1500 for three nights.   
 
June - August -- 26000 weekly --- Sunday to Sunday rental.  500 security deposit.  150 cleaning fee.
