Vacation Rental Description

Turnkey furnished home in prestigious Mira Vista community on the 
Mission Hills Gary Player Golf Course.  

Home has Private Pool and spa and barbeque. Gated community with 
nearby association Tennis Courts and pool/bbq area.   Home is 
elevated behind the green, so there is Vistas and Views down the 
entire fairway and hills.  

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is a casita.  Home is 
fully furnished with newer furniture and comfortable upscale tastes.

Home is approx. 3,750 square feet with a two car garage and a golf 
cart garage.  We do have a golf cart which will be parked in the 
garage.  Use of the cart and tennis equipment may be negotiable.

Activities and Attractions

View of Golf Course (on the course).  Local Rancho Mirage rates are 
available with a 3 month lease through the city.  Membership will 
allow significantly discounted rates at the local Rancho Mirage Golf 
Courses. (Mission Hills C.C.).

Tennis is a short walk away.  There are two courts in the development.

There is also a HOA Pool and  Barbeque for entertaining large groups.

Rancho Mirage is located between Palm Springs and Palm Desert.  Fine 
shopping and dining is readily available at many of the desert malls 
and outlet centers.

Gambling at the Aqua Caliente Casino is within 2 miles drive.

There are also water parks, off road access, trams to upper 
mountains, etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

Currently rented through 4/31/2008.

Prefer Minimum 3 month rental.  Prefer 4-6 months.  

Rates of $7,500-$8,000 month are for high season timeframes November 
to April.  Remainder of year is $5,000 per month.

Yearly $5,500-$6,000 per month.
