Vacation Rental Description

Located within prestigious and gated Preston Court subdivision of 
PGA National, this is la two story charming home with Preston 
court heated pool just steps away. The house has its master 
bedroom/bath downstairs and one full bedroom, bath and large loft 
upstairs. 

The loft has a queen sofabed, its own tv, large closet and is open 
to the downstairs. This spacious carpeted area can be used as a 
family room or third bedroom with a screen that provides privacy.  

The vaulted high ceilings and windows give this home an open, spacious feel 
that is brightened by a southern exposure. The large soaking tub off 
the master and the cozy screened porch off the living room offer an 
opportunity for hours of relaxation.  Amenities for your pleasure 
include top qulality linens and down pillows, spa quality towels, a large 46" screen
Sony HDTV and Sharp Aquos 32" HDTV, and ceiling fans in every room.  
Our house has a full size washer and dryer, an additonal half bath downstairs 
and a full size garage. The kitchen and dining area, which seats 8, are separated 
by a bar with stools.  

This cozy two story house is a delightful, modern and well-
maintained vacation home conveniently located at PGA National. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Transferable full golf membership available for one-time charge of 
$800 provides unlimited golf and tennis and access to the PGA 
Members Club, which offers a fine dining room and lounge for 
excellent food and drink.  The new Sunday brunch is fantastic!  
Snacks and meals are also available at several restaurants on the 
property, including Starbucks, sports bar, etc.

The house is fully equipped with lovely linens, kitchen appliances, 
ceiling fans, central vac and air.  Lovely little gardens outside the 
home will delight any visitor.  

This PGA home is easily accessible from I95 at Northlake Blvd. in 
Palm Beach Gardens.  It is between West Palm Beach and Juno/Jupiter, 
and just a short ride from their magnificent beaches.  It is close 
to fabulous restaurants and great shopping, including the 
unique "Downtown" mall, the newly expanded "Gardens Mall", "Midtown" mall
and "Legacy Place" shopping complex.    

Activities and Attractions

PGA National is a premier resort for adults who want world-class 
golf, tennis, indoor raquetball, full health club facilities 
offering yoga, pilates and various other exercise classes per week, 
and an exceptional full-service spa.  There are 5 wonderful golf 
courses, including the spectacular "Champ" course, which is home to 
the PGA tour Honda Classic.  There are 19 har-tru tennis courts, a 
lap swimming pool and full exercise facility that are part of the 
PGA Tennis Club complex.  PGA National is also home of 
National Croquet Association.  

Access is provided to all of these PGA Resort facilities, including 
outdoor pools and heated hot tubs.
