Vacation Rental Description

Located less than a half mile from Ski slopes, this lovely home is 
newly 
furnished.  This home has a 2 story great room with 20 ft. windows. 
Great long range views from a wrap around deck.  There is a loft 
with a queen bed and full bath.  The main living ar ea has a dining 
room table with room for 8 and a very cozy livingroom with a wood 
burning fireplace.  The bedroom level has a master bedroom with a 
new king pillowtop mattress with a full bath, 2 other bedrooms with 
queen bed  and 1 full bath.  The basmement has a poker table, karoke 
machine, full wet bar and gas fireplace.  It also has a reclining 
leather couch to kick back and relax with an x-box for the children 
to entertain themselves.

Vacation Rental Amenities

We have tried to think of everything to provide guests with a 
comfortable stay. Sliding doors with screens open onto a wraparound 
deck on all sides of the house so you can enjoy the cool mountain 
breezes and views.  We have a log fireplace and a gas burning 
fireplace with electric heating throughout. Enjoy a DVD, 
 or log on to the internet with our high speed 
DSL connection. Cooks will find a well equipped kitchen and a gas 
grill is also available. All towels and linens are provided and 
there is a washer dryer for your use.

Activities and Attractions

Designer golf course and Beech Mountain club 2 minutes from your 
front door, tennis, 
swimming, trout fishing, hiking, mountain biking, tubing, white 
water rafting, birding, skiing, 
snowboarding and sledding. We are less than a five minute drive from 
the ski slopes.
Numerous festivals, arts ,crafts, and live music can be enjoyed year 
round.

Vacation Rental Rates

Ski Season 12/15 thru 03/17 $1400 per week
$250 per night-3 night minimum all seasons
Spring Season 03/18 thru 05/31 - $895 per week
Summer Season 6/01 thru 08/31 - $1095 
per week
Fall Season 09/01 thru 12/14 - $1200 per week
*Holiday weeks $2000
*All rates plus applicable tax
$500 deposit required to confirm reservation -  no refund if 15 days 
or less to arrival
Balance due in full prior to arrival
