Vacation Rental Description

 Membership to the Lodge Lake, activities and Restaurante.  Freat pool and Lake at the Lodge  Great 
cabin in Arnold, Ca just 1/4 mile off Hwy 4. At an elevation 
of 4500 ft .
Just remodeled the kitchen and family room and complete bathroom 
remodeling will be completed in Octpber.    Completely 
surrounded by beautiful Pines and 25 minutes to Bear 
Valley Ski Lodge , fishing , wineries, historic towns and much 
more.  Wonderful both in summer and winter.  The best of both 
worlds, winter skiing and summer days.      This great vacation home 
has a very homey feeling and is a 2 bedroom, with loft. One and one 
half baths,great lighting from skylight  Corner seat looking out to 
the forest of pines.  Electric heat and free standing firplace. 
Build a fire and is it ever nice and cozy.    Sleeps up to 10.  One 
bedroom queen size bed, 2nd bedroom,one double, the loft has 2 twin 
size beds and a double futon, downstairs queen sleeper couch.  Tile 
entry and into Kitchen and eating area.  The loft also  has an  Air 
Hockey table, small childrens toys. Situated in Blue Lake Springs. 
Across the road from the lodge or just a walk down the lot to the 
lodge, lake, restaurant and activities.   We have a membership to 
the lodge.  Restaurant open to owners and quests, lodge has 
lake,swim pool, tennis courts,  shuffle board, basketball, outdoor 
movies 2 times a week in summer, playground ,children crafts, swim 
lessons and many more activities especially in summer. Sequoia 
country club golf just up the road. Holiday festivities at the 
lodge, Santa, Easter Bunny , valentines, fishing contest for 
children , crafts and just too many to list.   
Also a  wonderful restaurant  and snack shack and 
lifeguards both at the lake and pool. Actually there are 2 lakes 
with our membership one down the road and the one across the road at 
the cabin and just a walk down  the lot and across the street.    No 
climbing stairs to load and unload.  Driveway level with deck. The  
kitchen is completely stocked with everything you will need, 
electric appliances, dishes, pots and pans and etc.  A home away 
from home feeling.  Very comfortable and relaxing.    Also Vhs and Dvd's  for your use, and a nice 
bookshelf of books for reading.Some board games also.

Activities and Attractions

Getting ready for a winter break?  It's that time of the year.  Snow 
season is here..   
Swimming at the Lodge with a pool and lake and plenty of 
games,activities, night outdoor movies and special week end fishing 
contests at blue lake lodge.
Skiing:  Bear Valley 25 mi up hwy 4, 
Dodge Ridge Sonora 48 miles
Snow Park  minutes away on  Hwy 4 for all snow sports.
Fishing: Alpine lake, beaver lake , Big Trees National Park, spicer 
lake,  New Melonies reservoir, Stanislaus and Tuoloume River,boards 
crossing  and many more within 5 to 30 miles. Columbia State Park, 
Stevnot Winery , Murphey's Great old town with lots of fun 
shopping.  Mercer Caverns in Murphey's, moaning Caverns in Columbia.
Wineries:  Murphey's-Well known Stevnot winery , Chatham and many 
more. Angels Camp, historic town and home of Mark Twain and the 
Calaverous Frog jump contest . Great restaurants in Arnold 
including the Lake Lodge in Blue Lake Springs.  Tallahans on Hwy 
4,Snowshoe Brewery hwy. 4, Sequoia Country Club golf and 
restaurant.

Vacation Rental Rates

Prices may change without notice.  Some holidays 
10% higher.  Prices include hotel tax , cleaning , open and 
close, some cabins require $40 more for the completee linens.  Two
night minimum.  Some exceptions do apply to less than 2 nights.  
 These prices include cleaning and open and close.  There 
is a deposit of $150.00 if paying by check and refundable if cabin 
left in good shape and no damages done.  If by credit card there is 
no cash deposit.  
2 Nights  $ 476.30
3 Nights  $ 600.02
4 Nights  $ 724.34
5 Nights  $ 848.36
6 Nights  $ 972.38
7 Nights  $ 1,096.40
Additional Nights  $ 110.00  per night plus 6% hotel tax.  No pets and No smoking in cabin. Some 
exceptions apply to pets.  check when you inquire.   
 The calander may be blocked on the day you would like to enter, but 
usually you can come in on that day after the cabin has been 
cleaned, which is usually around 3:00 pm.   
Some of our cabins sleep more then 8 people
there is a $15.00 additional charge for each person over 8, per night
