Fantastic Beach Cottage

This is a great beach cottage. It is very clean and well decorated. You are close enough(w/ in 5 min.) to everything but far enough away from the noise and crowds. Our 11 year old loved the sun porch. It is fully stocked w/ anything you would need. The owner's brilliant idea of renting Fri. to Fri. is a total benefit to the renter. It's a huge plus getting a full weekend rather than having your Sat. split up getting in and out. The owner is very nice and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate at all to stay here again.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, romantic getaway

Our beach cottage

We call this house our beach cottage. Everything is provided, all we needed to bring were our sheets , towels and groceries! We visited the beach and boardwalk daily, as they are only blocks away! We also used the manual left for visitors from the owners to find local attractions, and we went to Cape May, stone Harbor, local vineyards, and so many other wonderful restaurants, local spots, etc .We were able to take our dogs, and they enjoyed the long walks, and being on vacation with the family! The home is so charming,each room has its own personality, and the entire place is well maintained, and well stocked. We enjoyed the cookouts in our own backyard, and the outdoor shower was great after returning from the beach! We love this place- this is our second year, and we look forward to our next visit!!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

This was our 1st time renting in West Wildwood, price was more reasonable, but figured the trade off was driving to the beach and action. Turns out, we did much more biking than driving as it was an easy bike ride all over Wildwood. We did drive to the beach with beach gear, but my teens and their friends came and went on their bikes. Place was nicely kept and decorated, with large area in back for outside grilling and eating, complete with outside shower and clothes line for those endless wet towels.....nice family vacation!
