There are 2 blow up beds and sleeping bags in the garage as well as
extra folding chairs and washer dryer. All beds have own down
comforters.
The greatroom consists of the livingroom area with a large very
comfortable sofa, large leather chair, upholstered chair,seating
leather hassock and 37" LCD TV, cable, DVD, CD, lots of movies and
lots of music CDS supplied.
The diningroom area has table with an extension and upholstered
chairs with more in the garage and 2 bar stools at kitchen arch.
Seating up to 8 at the table and 2 at the arch.
The winerack with crystal glasses is in the nook leading to the back
covered flagstone patio with a table and 2 chairs with hassocks and
great viewing to the bird feeder, wild life, fruit trees and large
grassy area.
The kitchen consists of all new appliances , ice and water in
refrigerator door, gas cooking, dishwasher and all small appliances.
Lots of dishes and silverware and utensils supplied.
There are 3 more small patios with chairs, tables and gas Bar-B-Que
and all very private.
Sited on a cul-de-sac road keeps the noise down inviting relaxation!
Home has both central cooler and air conditioning.
