Vacation Rental Description

Ko-Olina Kai Golf Villa is the newest gated community at Ko Olina 
Resort.  Ko Olina is the internationally acclaimed private 
oceanfront 
and golf resort.  The villa, which has two bedrooms and two 
bathrooms, is elegantly furnished.  The villa is 1,147 sq ft with 
107 
sq ft spacious lanai.  It's only a short 10 minutes walk to one of 
the best beaches in Hawaii.  The grounds of the Ko Olina Resort and 
Marina were once a historic playground for royalty.  This is the 
place to enjoy your private, secluded, sandy, beach cove for basking 
in the sun, swimming or snorkeling.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central Air Conditioning, one king bed, two twin beds, a sofabed, 
fully equipped kitchen, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, 
coffeemaker, cooking utensils, washer/dryer, linen, towels, patio 
furniture, CD player, DVD player, cable TV, telephone with unlimited 
nationwide calls, and DSL internet access.

$350 non-refundable departure cleaning fee.
$1000 deposit 45 days in advance guarantees your reservation and is 
applied to the rent.
Forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days in advance.
$600 refundable security deposit.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.

We accept credit card via paypal.  There will be a fee of 3% for 
each 
transaction charged by paypal.
