Upstairs may also be offered as 2 separate units:

A One bedroom Master Suite efficiency / King Bed , TV ,Extra large Suite Bathroom, mini frig ,microwave ,coffee maker , and wireless high speed internet , shared screened Lanai ,Private Entrance.

2nd  Upstairs Unit -One Queen bedroom that shares a bathroom with 2 Twins Bedroom – (which can be converted to 1 King) - A Large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room,  1 TV's and wireless high speed internet.  

Downstairs Unit has two bedrooms. 1-queen bed with private bath, 2nd can be set up as either two twin beds or one King with bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, dinette, sitting room overlooking the gulf, washer & dryer, 1 TV, and an extra large screened in patio.

Accommodations can be rented together or separately. Perfect for sharing with family or friends – all units have their own private entrance.

Prices DO NOT include 11% sales tax or $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit and Cleaning fee charges (see below for cleaning charge per unit).  We Suggest Purchasing Travel Insurance.

• Entire House $400.00

Age Requirements

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.

Occupancy

Guest agrees to keep the maximum number of people occupying the premises at/or under the maximum persons allowable. Any breech of the above policies will result in termination of this agreement including possible eviction of the property and possible forfeiture of any monies paid.
