Vacation Rental Description

Gulf Front - Ground floor, walk out the front door onto the front  
patio and then the sandy white beach.  2 Bedroom 2 bath newly  
remodeled in a residential area.  Covered Parking.  Master bedroom  
has a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Second  
bedroom has a queen size bed. Fully equipped kitchen.  Microwave and  
dishwasher. Ceramic tile through out the house. Inside storage  
closet. Outside shower.  Private courtyard and beach access, private  
electric and gas barbeque, laundry facility, TV in the bedrooms and  
livingroom, DVD and VCR in the livingroom, digital cable, High Speed  
Internet Access, Telephone, towels and linens all provided. This is  
a non-smoking apartment.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Close to the Redington Pier, St. Petersburg Pier and many  
restaurants. Conveniently located near the St. Petersburg and Tampa  
Airports.  45 minutes from Bush Gardens.  Walt Disney, Universal  
Studios, and Sea World are less than 2 hours away.  John's Pass is  
10 minutes away.

Walking distance to Beach Access Shops, the famous karaoke Friendly  
Tavern and Trolley stops.  Amusement park, Swimming, shelling, golf,  
tennis, biking, boating, basketball, sailing, jet skiing, raketball,

Vacation Rental Rates

$3,000. a month January thru April 2008 -  $800. a Wk 
$2,500. a month May thru Sept or $700. a Wk   
$2,600. a month Oct thru Dec or $700. a Wk 
$900.00 for Holiday week 
12% tax fee  $75. Cleaning Fee 
$200 Security Deposit and $100 Pet Deposit refundable within 
a week upon inspection.  Forfeit deposit if cancelled within 2 weeks  
of arrival. 
Minimum stay 7 nights.
