Vacation Rental Description

With panoramic windows and glass doors upstairs and down, this
spacious and comfortable Chilmark house has all the light you'd want.
 The setting (on almost 2 acres) is secluded and serene, the
surrounding lawn sloping gently into the woods, which makes an
effective screen for complete privacy.  This ideal family house is
situated near the end of a dirt road, a 3 minute drive to the beach. 
It is the perfect place for rest and renewal, for family reunions or
just getting a away from it all.

Included in the rental fee is Abel's Hill membership access to tennis
courts and the key to a private portion of beautiful South Beach.  The
beach parking lot is adjacent to a section of Chilmark Pond that is a
wonderful place for small children to play.

The house has four bedromms and three full baths, with all linens
provided.  It has a veranda on three sides of the house and an
upstairs deck off the master bedroom.  The basement contains a
post-beach shower and full laundry facilities.  The kitchen is fully
equipped, with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffeemaker, and all
the most useful utensils; the dishes and glassware, etc., will serve
12 or more.  The dining room table can seat 12, and there is a child's
highchair; the living room has a piano and a fireplace.  There are
dozens of jigsaw puzzles, dozens more books, plenty of board games, a
stereo with CD and tape players, a DVD player and a small TV (with
poor reception, but it does have a built-in VHS player).
