This Condo is bright and sunny located on the second floor and has
approximately 1400 square feet. Condo has a/c, cathedral ceilings
and ceiling fans in every room. You can relax on the lanai
overlooking the nature preserve and lake. Living room is very
spacious with an entertainment center, wet bar, tv/vcr/dvd, stereo
with CD player, room has a very open-air feeling. Master bedroom has
queen size bed, large master bath while the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin
beds and separate bath full size washer/dryer and fully equipped
kitchen. Everything you would need for a tropical getaway.

The condo is located at Tarpon Cove Yacht & Racquet Club in Wiggins
Bay. 25 minutes from Ft. Myers Intl. Airport. Private club
membership is
transferred for your use. Incredible amenities include clubhouse
with
choices for dining; fine dining room, "Tiki" bar, and casual dining
upstairs. There is a main pool with waitress service available all
day along with buffets by the pool, happy hours, live entertainment,
and much more. Wiggins Bay is a very active tennis community.
Fitness center available, all within a short walk. A private water
taxi is provided from the marina to Delnor Wiggins State Park with
Chairs & Towels provided. Beach is equipped with restrooms, grills,
picnic tables, observation tower and fishing area.
