The Master bedroom, with King bed and flat screen TV, is well appointed with quality furniture and linens. A comfortable couch allows lounging in front of large view windows. The newly remodeled bathroom boasts natural fossilized stonework, and all new fixtures and cabinets. 

The Guest room, with Queen bed and private patio, is a great place for kids or another couple. The separate private bath has a spacious shower with beautiful & whimsical tile work. 

Take time for renewal in the Sunroom. Overlooking the Pacific, it is a perfect location for reading or relaxation.

The Living Room is well designed, and easily accommodates the comfortable seating, the flat screen TV & Entertainment center, and the computer and Internet station. In the Winter, enjoy the warmth from an authentic wood burning heater, offering a classic alternative to the home heating system.

The tile buffet & wet bar, along with the dining room for 6, are all that are needed for intimate entertaining. Cooking for family and friends is easy in the well-stocked kitchen. As you enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast, be sure to look for whales and dolphins on the calm waters of the new day.

Located on the Mesa, this property is centrally located to all that Santa Barbara has to offer. The Mesa retail area (a 5 minute drive) has all you need for dining, shopping, and gourmet groceries.
