Vacation Rental Description

Located in a prestigious Chandler golf and lake community, this 2,600 square-foot 
ranch home is within five miles of 10 golf courses. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home 
has an absolutely stunning floor plan.

A wide inviting foyer leads to a huge central great room separating 4 bedrooms 
into left and right wings with bathrooms between each bedroom for maximum privacy. 
Built in 2003, this home has many upgrades such as granite countertops in a 14'x18'  
fully equipped kitchen with loads of beautiful wood cabinets, neutral carpeting and 
tile throughout. New wood blinds and of course the 9' championship pool table in the 
family room between the kitchen and a large covered patio. Great room features a 51"
Hitachi TV entertainment center with plenty of handsome comfortable seating.
You can swim anytime in the heated, self-cleaning salt water lap pool, even shoot some
buckets at a permanently installed basketball backboard at one end of the pool.   
Large Master Bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 
third
bedroom has two twins, and the fourth bedroom/den (with double doors) has a futon.
Two large sofas in the great room fold down to make two very comfortable single beds.

    airport in 25-30 minutes and the Grand Canyon in about 3.5 hours. Sedona is just 
over 
    1.5 hours away once you're on the I-10. --Casino action just as you enter I-10.
--Chandler Fashion Mall (Nordstrum, Dillards and over 250 stores and fine restaurants) is         
    a quick 15 minutes away via the 202. This beltline also connects to the 101 and the
    60 heading out towards Mesa and Spring Training Baseball Camps for many of your
    favorite baseball teams. 
--There's all the swimming you'll want right at home. And just two blocks away, there's
    a great little park and playground.
--Plenty of tennis courts and horse riding stables in your area, plus some outstanding
    hiking and biking, especially at South Mountain and in East Mesa.  
--More fine dining and interesting shopping in downtown Chandler and Gilbert,
    which is just about 15-18 minutes up the road from your vacation home base.
--From fine to championship level Golf Courses, there's 10 of them from a couple blocks 
   to maybe 5 miles away: including among others Lone Tree Golf Club; Springfield Golf   
   Resort; Bear Creek Golf Course; San Marco Golf Resort; and Ocotillo Golf Resort.

Vacation Rental Rates

$850    per Week for June through October
$1,000 per Week for November through December 21
$1,400 per Week for December 22 through December 31
$1,000 per Week for January 
$1,400 per Week for February and March
$1,200 per Week for April
$1,000 per Week for May 
Monthly Rates:  Available Upon Request 

Prices include all utilities (electric, heating for house & pool, water, local telephone, 
HDTV
cable, WIRELESS Broadband Internet,  pool and landscaping maintenance. Security 
Deposit of $500 per week is required in addition to a non-refundable $125 Cleaning Fee.
Security Deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure.
 
25% deposit of total charges to book reservation for weekly rental due in 7 days.
Balance of rental fee due 30 days out from booking. Rental Agreement to be signed.  

Cancellation Policy: Allowed up to 30 days before rental begins. Full refund
minus $175 cancellation fee.
