room . Ample terrace overlooks a beautiful pool with manicured  
gardens and a “Palapa” for relaxing in the shade. 7 Minutes walk to  
best beaches and fun area of Playa del Carmen and the famous Fifth  
Avenue (20 block "pedestrian only" street).Playa Del Carmen is 
currently one of the “hottest” vacation destinations in the Americas. 
Only a short 30 minute ride from Cancun International Airport, Playa 
offers amazing Caribbean beaches, a world renowned night life, 
outstanding shopping, beautiful travelers from Europe and the 
Americas, incredible ecology and ecotourism, and is rich in Mexican & 
Mayan Culture. Travelers are pleased to discover that Playa prices are 
quite affordable compared to most other Caribbean vacation 
destinations.When deciding to spend a few days or a week or more in 
this area, the idea of a fully equipped condominium rental with all 
modern conveniences and comforts of home is certainly the best way to

archaeological sites in town, and many others nearby. You will never  
get bored here. The fifth avenue is a carnival every day featuring

people we will make you feel welcome and at home.

Bank and credit card payments. We only work with PayPal to secure

information details of the deposit account of Mr. Gustavo Torres at 
the Mellon Bank will be sent to you. If you are an HSBC client and 
prefer to pay using your HSBC international banking portal, the the 
detailed information about our HSBC Bank , deposit account will be sent 
to you coded with your reservation request number.

exploración de Pirámides y demás rutas arqueológicas ancestrales de  
la civilización Maya. La 5ta Avenida es un carnaval todo el año en la  
cual puede encontrar una amplia gama de restaurantes desde comida  
típica Mexicana hasta comida gourmet internacional, bares, tiendas de  
artesanía, cafés, mariachis, tequila shops, etc. Cero criminalidad y  
gente muy cálida que lo hará sentir como en casa.

2 Request the payment link include arrival and departure dates. 
3 Receive the paypal  link to pay securely using any major 
credit card. 
4. Instant confirmation by us by voucher including copy of your 
payment, location city map, Address and your dates.

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by 
fax or e-mail in the numbers indicated in your voucher of 
confirmation. If a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed 
within two weeks in the form of a check in the money denomination used 
when making your reservation (in US dollars or Mexican Pesos). 
 
The following assessments will apply to cancellations for Condo 210 at 
Las Gaviotas II:-Cancellation prior 90 days from arrival date will 
result in the forfeit of one night’s rent-Cancellation prior 60 days 
from arrival date will result in the forfeit of 50% of 
deposit-Cancellation prior 30 days from arrival date will result in 
the forfeit of 100% of deposit-Cancellation prior 20 days from arrival 
date will result in the forfeit of 100% of total rent-There are no 
refunds on cancelled holiday reservations-Holidays are defined as the 
weeks of: US Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter
