The majority of the house has a spectacular
ocean/whitewater view. This property recently finished construction
in 2006 and features the best in custom finishes and designer
touches.

AND IS MUCH BETTER IN PERSON THAN THE PICTURES ILLUSTRATE.

The property has 4000 square feet of living space and over
2000 square feet of decks/patios. This spectacular home features
indoor/outdoor living at its finest. Outside the spacious gourmet
kitchen is a full bar and grill - complete with a 50 inch plasma TV,
a 20 inch flat screen television, a Kegerator, outdoor refrigerator
and an oversized Viking Bar-B-Que with sideburners. This property is unique
and perfect for an intimate getaway or for the extended family. The
property is appropriate for children and pets can be
approved.

Main Kitchen

Gourmet kitchen with Viking Gas Ranges & Cooktop, Franke sink,
oversized refrigerator, microwave and warming drawer. There is an
area plus a countertop bar area for seating of 6. The kitchen
table can seat 12 people. This area opens up to a wonderful ocean
view.

Outdoor Bar and Grill Area

Located immediately outside the main kitchen area is a beautiful bar
and grill. Bar has seating for 7 and a dining area has seating for
12. Additional seating is available off the front deck with 2 Bistro
Tables. Bar includes a Kegerator (complete with Beer), 50 inch
Plasma TV, 20 inch flat screen television and an outdoor
refrigerator. An oversized Viking Grill and burners provides ample
space for outdoor grilling. This area comes complete with an ocean
view.

Master Bedroom area

This area comprises the bedroom area complete with a built in window
seating area and an additional sitting area - complete with
wonderful ocean views and fireplace. Off the bedroom area are 2
additional ocean view decks. The bathroom has everything necessary
to pamper yourself during your getaway - oversized master jacuzzi
tub plus shower with dual shower heads and rainfall shower head. A
flat screen TV is located in both the bedroom area and the bathroom.

Additional bedrooms

There are 3 additional bedrooms - each with an upgraded queen size
beds. Each bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean, gardens or
both. Each bedroom has outdoor living space attached to the room.

Bonus Area

The garage is completely finished and is used as an entertainment
area. Available is a gaming table, internet access, darts, 42"
plasma TV, Playstation 2, DVD/VHS player, refrigerator, workout
equipment, and a Foosball table.

Exercise Area

In the interior of the home is a gym area comprised of an Elliptical
machine and a stationary bike. Additional exercise equipment is
located in the garage. If you like to get some exercise on your
vacations, you can do it all at this property.

Beach is famous for its numerous art galleries/wonderful
beaches/great restaurants & more. Everything is nearby- surfing,
skimboarding, scuba diving, tennis, golf, boating,Dana Point Harbor,
Anaheim (home of Disneyland), Los Angeles and San Diego.

Cleaning Fee: $250 per week; $3000 security deposit
Initial deposit is $3000 security fee plus 50% of the
rental fee. Balance is due 60 days prior to check in.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Deposits are non-refundable until your arrival-Upon arrival it
becomes your security deposit to be returned at checkout upon return
of property to like condition at check in.
Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM, early checkins and
late checkouts are available per request. No refunds/credits will be
given for abbreviated/modified occupancy schedules once your stay is
approved as that time is no longer available to rent based upon the
