This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront cottage hosts an "H" floor plan 
which works great for two families.  Enjoy unobstructed ocean views 
with no adjacent structures.  The "A" frame, hardwood rafters in the 
kitchen and family room opens up the cottage to a warm, lighted feel. 
The ocean deck is great for sunbathing or watching the dolphins and 
pelicans play. The partially covered deck is perfect for dining or 
taking in the gorgeous sunrises over the Atlantic ocean. Surf fish or 
set up volleyball  right outside your ocean door. This cottage is a 
vacation wonderland!

Fully equipped kitchen: blender, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster, 
toaster oven, coffee maker, crock pot, dishwasher, microwave. 
 
Three TV's, DVD/VHS players, CD player,stereo, iron/iron board, baby 
crib, washer/dryer. 
 
Outdoor shower, deck furniture, childrens beach toys.  
 
Beds: 2 queen, 2 doubles, 2 twins and 1 queen size sleeper sofa. 
 
Sorry - no smoking, no pets, no outside grilling please. 

Activities and Attractions

Topsail Island is a quiet family oriented 26 mile long barrier island. 
It's surrounded by the Atlantic and Intercoastal waterways with 
beautiful beaches located approximately 30 miles North of Historic 
Wilmington, NC.  
 
The ocean water temperature is a warm 80 degrees from June to mid 
October.  
 
The island has an array of local resturants and shops. 
 
Local Topsail Island Golfing was voted one of the top ten best golfing 
values by Golf Digest and within 50 miles of some of the worlds top 10 
fishing spots. 
 
The Sea Turtle Rehibilitation Center is open for tours on a limited 
basis or tour "The Missiles and More" Museum and discover the history 
   of WWII "Opperation Bumble Bee" also visit the Battleship North 
Carolina in nearby Wilmington.   
Bring your bikes.  Across the main road is a canal front neighborhood 
great for riding. There is also a small park with childrens play 
equipment on the corner.  
 
 
The Island is said to have been one of Blackbeard's favored spots.   
 
Fishing, boating, kayaking, crabbing, jet skiing, miniature golfing, 
arades and RELAXING!

$1840.00 /weekly  in season .... May 31 - June 21 and Aug. 9 - Sept. 5  
$1,040.00 /weekly   mid season ... May 3 - May 30 and Sept. 6 - Sept. 26 
$840.00/weekly    off season ... Jan. 01 - May 2 and Sept. 27 - Dec. 31 
Nightly rates are offered during mid and off seasons, please call for 
rates.  
** All rates include a cleaning fee and booking fee. Rates are subject 
to change until a reservation has been confirmed. 
** 13% sales tax is not included in standard rates.
