This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront cottage hosts an "H" floor plan
which works great for two families. Enjoy unobstructed ocean views
with no adjacent neighors. The "A" frame, hardwood rafters in the
kitchen and family room opens up the cottage to a warm, lighted feel.
The ocean deck is great for sunbathing or watching the dolphins and
pelicans play. The partially covered deck is perfect for dining or
taking in the gorgeous sunrises over the Atlantic ocean. Surf fish or
set up volleyball right outside your ocean door. This cottage is a
vacation wonderland!

Fully equipped kitchen: blender, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster,
2 coffee makers, crock pot, dishwasher, microwave.
Two TV's, Cable, DVD/VHS player, CD player,stereo, iron/iron board, baby portable
crib, highchair, washer/dryer.
Outdoor shower, deck furniture, childrens beach toys.
Beds: 2 queens, 1 double, 1 bunk with twin on top and double on bottom, and 1 queen size sleeper sofain family room.  **Hight speed wireless internet service.  An ocean view from all bedrooms.

Sorry - no smoking, no pets, or outside grilling on ocean side deck.

Topsail Island is a quiet family oriented 26 mile long barrier island.
It's surrounded by the Atlantic and Intercoastal waterways with
beautiful beaches located approximately 30 miles North of Historic
Wilmington, NC.
The ocean water temperature is a warm 80 degrees from June to mid
October.
The island has an array of local resturants and shops.
Local Topsail Island Golfing was voted one of the top ten best golfing
values by Golf Digest and within 50 miles of some of the worlds top 10
fishing spots.
The Sea Turtle Rehibilitation Center is open for tours on a limited
basis or tour "The Missiles and More" Museum and discover the history
of WWII "Opperation Bumble Bee" also visit the Battleship North
Carolina in nearby Wilmington.
Bring your bikes. Across the main road is a canal front neighborhood
great for bike riding.

There is also a nice park with childrens play equipment on the corner of our street.

The Island is said to have been one of Blackbeard's favored spots.
Fishing, boating, kayaking, crabbing, jet skiing, miniature golfing,
arades and RELAXING!
