Your are inquiring on a furnished three bedroom, three bath vacation
home with a 5.1 Bose surround sound system, enclosed two-car garage,
master Jacuzzi tub, central air and heat, upright wine opener,
stainless steel blender, island kitchen, black granite counter tops,
dual sinks, washer/dryer, dish washers, side-by-side refrigerator,
microwave, balcony views of Red Rock Canyon, master bedroom with
unobstructed views of the Las Vegas Strip, lower patio area, berber
carpeting, large tiled floors, and multiple DVD players & TVs
throughout. This home is also adjacent to a picnic area with BBQ
grills, children's playground, gated children's pool, dog park, bike
path to Red Rock, adult pool, sunbathing area, and hot tub.

Whether you are a rock climber, a hiker, a rock hound, a skier, a
snowboarder, a golfer, or just appreciate the beauty of wild horses,
bighorn sheep, and wild burros roaming free, this part of Nevada is
just for you. Wedged between the Red Rock Canyon Conservation area,
the dramatic red cliffs that inspired the name for the Casino, Lee
Canyon (Las Vegas Ski & Snowboard Resort), and Arnold Palmer Signature
courses, we are also surrounded my serene spas, sumptuous dining
areas, hip nightlife and, shopping galore.

Our Vacation Rental Rates* are as follows:
$200 per night, excluding Premium Nights, with a minimum of four (4)
nights per visit.

The Security Deposit is required, yet refundable:

Check out at 11:00am

Our accepted Forms of Payment are:
Money orders, checks, and wire transfer.

forever. Rates valid for stays through December 31, 2008. PREMIUM
NIGHTS are as follows: 11/21-24/2007, 12/22-24/2007, 12/29-31/2007,
1/19-20/2008, 2/16-17/2008, 5/24-25/2008, 7/4-5/2007, 8/30-31/2008,
10/11-12/2008, 11/8-10/2008, 11/26-29/2008, 12/24-27/2008, and
12/31/2008. Rate for Premium Nights are $350 nightly and may be
counted towards four night minimum. The Maintenance and Processing Fee
of $200 is due once per visit.
