The Forman Guest House in Point Pleasant Beach

The Forman Guest House was first established in 1888 and was
home to a Captain Forman who once owned much of the land that is now
Point Pleasant Beach. After years of renovating, we are proud to
present to you a small Inn completely updated, while keeping its old
world style and charm. The new windows were sized to fit the original
openings, thus preserving the original architect's intention of
flooding the Inn with natural light from all directions. Our 70 feet
of wrap-a-round porch is perfect for the end of the day, or just the
beginning. There is off street parking and 2 outside showers for your
convenience also (hot and cold water).
The Common Living Room is where you'll find the front desk, 
stone fireplace, and the Heartwood Pine flooring.
The 2nd floor has 2 suites, the "Rachael Leigh" and the "Lisa
Marie". Each has its own private bath, 2 full beds, a small
refrigerator and a TV with cable and a built-in DVD player. The rooms
are spacious, and are fully air-conditioned with new wall-to-wall carpeting.
The entire 3rd floor makes up the "Elizabeth Joan" master suite,
which includes 1 bedroom with a full bed, full bath, living room,
kitchenette and a small sitting area with an ocean view. The living
room has a futon, which can accommodate 2 more guests if needed. The
kitchenette has a tiled floor, a full size refrigerator with ice-
maker, new cabinets with a Corion countertop and an undermount
sink. The suite has air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting, and
cable TV with a built-in DVD player as well.

Point Pleasant Beach is a charming seashore town, with its roots
as a historical fishing village still visible, and thriving,
harboring the state's 3rd largest fishing fleet. The town is full of
great eateries for our fresh fish!
Located only 60 miles from NYC, the town is surrounded by water,
and offers many activities and attractions for everyone. The beach
and family-oriented boardwalk, with all its rides, amusements, games,
aquarium and fine restaurants are literally 1 block away! Catch a
sunrise or sunset on the beach, do a little relaxing beachcombing,
surf fish, sunbathe, parasail, swim, or just watch the clouds
and weather. There's always great breezes here, making it a great
place for kite flying, and many people come to try out their new
designs.
Summertime, here, offers all the good things there are. Free
concerts on the beach and brilliant firework displays can also be
enjoyed, all from the comfort of your own blanket sprawled out on the
sand.
But, we can't describe Point Pleasant Beach without mentioning all
the neat little antique shops, craft stores, coffee shops, gift and
boutique stores that fill our downtown. We also have a health food store right on Arnold Ave.   Also, only 2 blocks away, are the full spa
services of the White Sands Spa. Daily passes are available for their
pool, steam and sauna rooms and heated whirlpool.  Sometimes the best thing is just nothing in particular.  This year we will be providing beach passes to all our guests, as well,  for your convenience.
