R-36 is located in an elevator-equipped building with beautiful views of the ocean, as seen from the top left photo.  It's just a short walk to the ocean-side pool and the beach.  This unit features 10' ceilings, a southern exposure, Wireless Internet, and a handicapped equipped shower with the master bedroom.
R-36 is tastefully decorated, very clean and is a Non-Smoking Unit.
