Great stay in the condo

We stayed in the condo over the week of Thanksgiving and had a great time in St. Augustine. The condo is spacious and has a very down home feel. We liked that it was pet friendly. The kitchen is another great feature. It's a nice size and you feel like staying in and doing some cooking. The kitchen was well equipped. The beach here is very beautiful and can be seen from the balcony of the unit. The pools are both nice with one being heated...but just enough to take the chill off and not make you feel you are in bath water.
We loved it so much that we want to come back next year!!

Excellent Beach Vacation

My wife and I spent 2 full weeks exploring St. Augustine and calling this condo unit home. The unit was everything it was advertised to be, clean, well maintained with every amenity that we needed. Televisions in every room, new flat screens in the master and living room and a very well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and kitchen needs. This condo is on Crescent Beach which is the nicest beach in the area and only a few minutes drive into historic St. Augustine. The entire property was extremely well maintained from the grounds to the pool, to the facilities coming and going from the beach. This area also had an extremely "safe" feel to the entire area which is very important to my wife and I. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping all within easy reach. The beach itself is a wide expanse of sand reaching down to the surf and is very family friendly with regard to the people who use this beach which runs for many miles. No Daytona wild parties on this stretch of sand.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

A Great Home Away from Home

This condo is perfect for a family vacation. Grandparents, parents, kids (a six-year-old, a toddler and an infant) and one very small dog shared it comfortably and happily. It had all the little touches (like toilet paper, a can opener, beach toys) that make it easy to move right in and start having fun. Owner Kathy did a great job of giving us helpful info about things to see, places to eat, etc. The complex itself is great--two great pools and private beach access give you all the water fun you could ask for. We never felt crowded. Common areas and the condo were very clean. There are several options for rounding up groceries, and lots of great places to eat. We had lots of fun in old St. Augustine, especially the pirate museum, the Fort (which is a national park), and the lighthouse. Check out Napoli Pizza, Osteens for seafood, and Oasis Deck and Restaurant for a great breakfast. If you like to shop, don't miss St. Augustine's Outlet Malls--I got Talbot's clothes for Wal-Mart prices.
