Vacation Rental Description

Our 3rd/top floor condo is at Ocean Village Club, an ocean-front 
gated community on St. Augustine Beach.  This complex 
offers a tremendous variety of amenities for year-round fun and 
relaxation. 

R-36 is located in an elevator-equipped building with beautiful 
views of the ocean.  It is only steps away from the ocean-side pool 
and beach.  Our unit features 10' ceilings, a southern exposure, 
Wireless Internet, and a handicapped equipped shower with the master 
bedroom. 

R-36 is tastefully decorated, very clean and is a Non-Smoking Unit. 
Come and visit us for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation at the beach!

Beautiful, cheery master bedroom with king-size bed and private bath 
w/walk-in shower.  Guest bedroom has two new twin beds.  There's a 
Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. A second bath is located 
between the 2nd bedroom and living room and has a full tub/shower. 
(There's an additional comfortable twin size foam bed stored in the 
closet for that extra guest or child.)

Fully equipped kitchen w/microwave, dishwasher, frig.w/icemaker, 
crock pot, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, electric fry 
pan, toaster, washer and dryer, iron & ironing board

This unit is beautifully decorated and lovingly maintained with your 
comfort in mind.  Cleanliness is a top priority for us - we want 
your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable.

Minutes from the Historic District of St. Augustine with 
Castillo de San Marcos Fort - a 17th Century fortress, living 
history museum, historic St. George Street, The Alligator Farm, 
Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Flagler College, The Fountain of 
Youth, Lighthouse and Museum, Potter Wax Museum, Lightner Museum, 
Ghost Tours, The Old Jail, The Oldest Schoolhouse, and much more.  

Also,enjoy tennis, shuffleboard, miniature golf, deep sea fishing, 
fishing from the nearby pier, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing, 
parasailing, jet skiing, shopping (lots of outlet malls nearby), and 
many great restaurants.

Kennedy Space Center and Daytona Beach are only an hour away.

***Add to All Rates 9% Tax, $70.00 Cleaning Fee, and $75.00 pet fee (if applicable)***
        To Reserve Dates We Require a $500.00 Deposit
