Vacation Rental Description

If you are coming to Vacation, to Work or maybe you're doing some 
repairs on your home...look no further:    
 
Why pay for a small unattractive hotel/motel room when you can stay  
in a beautiful guest house with 9 foot ceilings and a wide open floor  
plan with room for up to 6 people on over 3 acres in the foothills of  
California.  
 
We will be renting out the bottom floor of our home, which we have  
converted into a 1000 square foot guest house. You will be in heaven  
with the beautiful chef's kitchen and a large island over looking  
the bright and sunny family room.  Complete with a cozy gas fire place.  
It includes a Master bedroom and one large bathroom.  
Need a second bedroom?  No worries, there are  
2 sleeper sofa's in the family room...great for the kids or friends.  
And you're just one step away to the lushly landscaped back yard. 
 
Our family will reside upstairs so that our guests have their  
own space: a private, quiet downstairs retreat with its own  
living area. You will have complete and total privacy, with  
your own separate entrance. 
  
New, modern decor decorates the house, which is kept spotless  
for our guests.  Your retreat is located at the end of a  
cul-de-sac, great for young children. The atmosphere is  
far from a hotel or any furnished apartment, providing  
you a getaway that is your personal, spa-like,  
intimate resort. Ample room for parking.   
 
We are just a 2-minute drive down the road to: "It's a Grind"(coffee 
house), Blockbuster video, Ralph’s, Sushi, New York Deli and Subs, 
Mexican Cantina, Greek Restaurant, B of A and Washington Mutual Bank, 
and many more great little places to eat.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy the use of 2 LCD flat screen TV's with cable, premium movie 
channels and DVD players. Wireless Internet included so feel free to 
bring your laptop. Full Kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster  
and a coffee Maker.  All Cooking Utensils, dinnerware, water 
Glasses, coffee mugs and flatware provided. There are also 
Washer/Dryer privileges. Air Conditioning and central heat.  
All Linens and Towels are provided. 
 
Enjoy the use of the backyard with a gourmet BBQ and 2 patio sets. 
Have your morning coffee while soaking up the California sun. 
If you're lucky you'll see the quail, hummingbirds, and 
occasional deers grazing on the hillside. This is a fabulous  
place that sleeps up to 4 Adults or 2 Adults and up to 4 children.  
The Master Bedroom has one Queen size bed with a sleeper 
sofa. The family room acts as your Second Bedroom with 2 very  
comfortable sofa beds.

Activities and Attractions

Come vacation in the foothills overlooking the valley 
below, nestled on the boarder of Valencia.   
 
Come play with your family at Six Flags Magic Mountain and Hurricane  
Harbor…only a 5 minute drive. Universal Studios is located just 25  
miles away. And we’re only an hour drive from Disney Land and  
California Adventure Theme Parks. 25 minutes to NBC, ABC, CBS,  
Disney, Burbank Studios, Nickelodeon, and the Cartoon Network; 35  
minutes to Downtown’s “Hollywood Walk of Fame”. While Ice Station 
Valencia, a state of the art ice rink, offering family skate times, is 
only a hop, skip and jump away. 
 
Valencia is home to three golf courses, offering golf enthusiasts an  
enviable selection of distinct game environments and price  
alternatives rarely found within one community. 
 
For a day at the beach… 
you’re only a 45 Minute drive to the beautiful beaches of  
Ventura. Drive a little further south and your in the famous beach 
town of Malibu.  Where the restaurants are out of this world.   
 
Fishing anyone?   
Well, we’re just 4 miles from Lake Castaic.  The Lagoon offers a  
wide variety of recreational activities.  Area amenities include  
fishing, picnicking, camping, non-gasoline powered boating and  
swimming. The East Side Lagoon offers anglers 24-hour shoreline  
fishing. An amazing place to take the kids.  
 
Valencia Town Center and the dynamic outdoor Town Center Drive are 
just a few minutes away. Enjoy great restaurants, shopping and Cinemas 
as you stroll under the night sky. 
 
You are only a 35-minute ride to the Burbank Airport.  Your home away 
from home is a very centrally located property.

                No security deposit required. 
 
                Pets and Children are welcome. 
  
                One time cleaning Fee: $55.00 (due upon booking)  
                One time pet fee: $50.00 (due upon booking) 
                Pet Deposit $250.00 (due upon booking) 
                 
                Pet deposit is fully refunded within 7 days after your 
                departure if all is in the same condition.   
   
                Minimum 3 night stay during low season  
  
50% deposit low season and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.   
100% payment during high season and holiday periods upon booking.  
 
Cancellations: Upon receipt of your booking, 50% is refundable up to  
30 days prior to occupancy; 100% is non-refundable if canceling  
within 30 days of occupancy. We welcome spur-of-the-moment  
reservations if the house is available and the above rates still  
apply. Payments Accepted Through PayPal only. Credit Card Payments 
Accepted Through PayPal only with a 3% surcharge. Cashier's Checks are 
unfortunately not accepted due to widespread fraud.
