Sunny Villas West Condo in Green Valley

Unpack and enjoy the sun, read a book, sip a drink on your private
patio or take a dip in the pool next door. Our villa is situated
near the end of a quiet street with a peaceful patio facing the
East. Decorated in Southwest decor, the Villa is fully furnished and
equipped and includes a queen bed and sofa-couch. It is located 100
yards from the shared pool and 50 yards from a coin-operated
community laundry. A designated parking area is right outside with
easy flat access. Green Valley Recreation membership included with
monthly rental which allows access to various recreational
facilities and entertainment.  We have access to another rental Villa across the street, so if you want to come with another couple (i.e. need two villas) we can arrange that too.

The Villa is fully equipped, just pack your suitcase. Air
Cooling and Heat, fast speed internet, telephone, Cable TV with extended coverage, DVD player, stereo and CD player all included in the rent. The bedroom has a Queen Bed and there is a convertible Sofa Bed in the living room; all linens are provided.

The kitchen has everything you need: fridge, microwave, and cooking
utensils, and if we can improve it, just let us know, refurbished in
December 2009. Mix your drink and sit on the sunny private patio with
patio furniture or visit the nearby outdoor shared pool. Time to
relax, you deserve it.

Pets allowed, smoking not allowed. One tenant must be over 55 years
of age.

There is a community swimming pool 50 feet from the Villa and wonderful walks in the desert with birds and other small animals.  In addition, Green Valley Recreation membership is included with monthly rental and allows access to 12 community centers located throughout Green Valley, the closest one is just 10 minutes walk.  Each has a social and meeting room, swimming pool with a spa.  Some centres also have hobby/craft studios, a catering kitchen, fitness center, tennis court, and shuffleboard. There is a Community bus for local shopping. Other activities include 12 Golf Courses. World-class Birding (Madera Preserve), Horseshoes, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Dancing (ballroom and square and round with
nationally-known leaders), Sightseeing, Native American Sites and Crafts, Artist's Colony (Tubac), Nogales, Mexico. Tucson airport 20 minutes away.

$79 per night- two weeks minimum
