This new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is beautifully furnished
and comes equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing and fun filled 
vacation. Stroll along the sandy beach, or watch the sun go down
while you lounge on your private terrace where you'll get a great
view from the third level. Whether you are looking for a great
family get away, or a couples week, this condo has it all!
Explore all that Tybee Island has to offer. From it's hiking trails
along the shore, to the dolphin watching tours, to the casino boat,
to the live music at the local pub, there is something for everyone
here.  This condo is located on the south end of the island for walking convenience to shops and restaurants

Bedroom #1 has it's own private bathroom with an Italian tile shower
and plenty of space for clothes. It features a plush queen bed with
a premium new mattress. Relax after a day at the beach while you
watch cable on your TV/DVD/ player.

Bedroom #2 has a comfy queen bed with a premium matress for a great
night's sleep. There is access to the terrace from this bedroom and
like all the rooms, has TV/DVD/ player with cable

Bedroom #3 has a twin-over-full bunk bed that would sleep 2 adults
or three kids comfortably. This room has an oversized TV/DVD/
player with front cable hook ups for video games and it's own game
chair. The second bath lies in between the two bedrooms and
features a garden tub with jets.

All appliances are brand new and feature a stainless steel look. Add
that to the granite countertops, and you've got elegance at the
beach! The living room is equipped with a paperback library and
enough board games to provide hours of family fun. You'll love it
here!

If it's raining, take a dip in the private solar heated indoor pool with a jetted area like a hot tub.  The pool is heated all year round and is enclosed for safety

October 8 - 10: Annual Piratefest! As seen in the New York Times
article- this is a weekend of pirate crazieness. The whole town
dresses up in pirate garb, Live free music(last year it was the
Marshall Tucker Band) food, parade costume contests. The mayor of
Tybee is captured by pirates. Plenty of pirate "ale". Fun for all
ages! Call about piratefest specials!
