This new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is beautifully furnished
and comes with everything you would need for a relaxing and fun filled
vacation including a large flat screen TV with Wi-Fi and HBO cable.
Stroll along the sandy beach, or watch the sun go down
while you lounge on your private terrace where you'll get a great
view from the third level.
You will not find another condo that has a more home-like feel. Attention to every detail makes this condo the vaction spot renters keep coming back to year after year.
We are located 50 yards from the ocean down a quiet street, which makes it perfect for beach access. Please click on the website for the property to view the video.
Bedroom #1 has it's own private bathroom with an Italian tile shower
and plenty of space for clothes. It features a plush queen bed with
a premium new mattress. Relax after a day at the beach while you
watch cable on your TV/DVD/ player.
Bedroom #2 has a comfy queen bed with a premium matress for a great
night's sleep. There is access to the terrace from this bedroom and
like all the rooms, has TV/DVD/ player with cable
Bedroom #3 has a twin-over-full bunk bed that would sleep 2 adults
or three kids comfortably. This room has an oversized TV/DVD/
player with front cable hook ups for video games and it's own game
chair. The second bath lies in between the two bedrooms and
features a garden tub with jets.
All appliances are brand new stainless steel. Add
that to the granite countertops, and you've got elegance at the
beach! The living room has a flat screen TV and a with a paperback library with
enough board games to provide hours of family fun. You'll love it
here!
If it's raining, take a dip in the private* solar heated indoor pool with a jetted area like a hot tub. The pool is heated all year round and is enclosed for safety
