Enjoy beach views from almost every room in this cozy oceanfront
vacation home. Located on a barrier island and across from the Guana
River State Park, you can watch the sunrise to the east and sunset
to the west. Ten minutes south of beautiful Ponte Vedra and fifteen
minutes north of historic Saint Augustine.

This home sleeps eight with three full baths and two private outdoor
showers. Dining area seats nine, six at a table and three at
adjacent bar. Master bedroom has king size bed, TV, and full bath.
Adjacent kids bedroom has three twin size beds. Upstairs seating
area includes couch, two chairs, TV, DVD player and stereo.

Downstairs den has sleeping for four more with a double Murphy bed
and daybed with trundle. A reclining sofa and TV make the
downstairs perfect for families with older kids to have room.

This house is non-smoking.

Beach toys include surfboards, skim boards, beach cruisers,
kayaks, lifejackets and boogie boards. Indoor fun includes many
paperback novels, puzzles and games. Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable
TV,DVD Players, Stereo/CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave,
Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washer & Dryer, Garage, Private Beach
Access, BBQ Grill & Outdoor Showers.

Hiking, Biking, Golf, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Sightseeing,
Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Parasailing, and Jet Skiing.
Visit historic Castillo De San Marcos National Monument, walk
down St. George Street and visit the restored Spanish homes and
shops or dine at a variety of restaurants, from fresh seafood to
continental cuisine.

Tournament Players Championship is fifteen minutes to the north or
World Golf Village (golf museum and IMAX Theater) to the south.

Rate for September 6, 2011 - February 28, 2012: $1500/wk (plus 10% 
tax & $150 cleaning fee).
Daily Rate - $275 with a two night minumum stay.

Rate for March 1, 2012 - September 3, 2012 : $2000/wk (plus 10% 
tax & $150 cleaning fee).
Daily Rate - $350 with a three night minumum stay.


Note: rates may increase for holidays (such as Christmas, New Years, July
4th, Thanksgiving, etc.) and
special events (TPC week, Florida-Georgia Game).

All rentals require a $350 security deposit by check. Deposit is held
and refunded after final inspection and cleaning.

Final payment due three weeks prior to arrival.
