Vacation Rental Description

Beach View - 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, private pool, 8-person outdoor hot tub with spillover, and  
pool bar.  Brand new construction (fall 2008) with direct easy beach access and only a few blocks  
from downtown Boca Grande. 
 
Rooftop observation deck provides breathtaking sunrises and sunsets with 360 degree panorama of Gulf  
of Mexico and Gasperilla Sound, table seating for 4, and 4 lounges. 
 
Upside-down floor provides main floor beach views from living room, dining room and screened lanai.   
The lanai includes stereo, ceiling fans, dining table for 6 and 2 lounges.  The living room includes  
large flat screen TV, DVD, stereo and seating for 12.  The dining room includes seating for 8.  The  
kitchen includes 2 ovens, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, 2 dishwashers,wine cooler and  
nearly every kind of pot, pan, glass, cup, dish, bowl and small  
appliance ever made.  Island bar stools accommodate seating for 6.  Also upstairs is the bunk room  
with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) flat screen TV, DVD, Sony game system and full bathroom. 
 
First floor bedrooms include two master suites with king bed, telephone, flat screen TV, DVD and  
private bathroom, and two twin suites include two twin beds and private bathroom.  Total sleeping  
arrangements in unique home accommodate 12.   
 
Ground level includes private pool, 8 person hot tub, and pool bar with ceiling fans, sink,  
refrigerator, TV, stereo, foosball table, outdoor shower, and large grass yard.  Also included are  
bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, tennis rackets, and beach cart.  Spiral staircase with child  
resistant gate provides direct access from all bedrooms to pool and beach. 
 
Tarpon Tales is completely stocked with bath towels, linens, beach towels, books, games, DVD’s and  
almost anything you will ever desire for your perfect beach vacation … just bring you swimming suit!
