and in mint condition.  It's feels more like a home which makes staying here for a 3 or more month stay very comfortable.  It is centrally located and minutes away to great shopping and restaurants; 20 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale Airport
and Hollywood Beach.

The apartment is located on the second floor, right by a staircase,
and there's also an elevator.

Newly furnished: new Master bedroom furniture and queen size mattress,

2nd BR has two twin beds.

Park or City Place in Palm Beach.  Also,  plenty of golf nearby!

The condo has a clubhouse that has lots of activities.

In the winter, there's Bingo once a week.

6 month rental available. 3 MONTH MINIMUM STAY per the rules of the Condo Association!
$1,500 per month for 6 months
$1,600 per month for 5 months
$1,700 per month for 4 months

25% deposit required; balance due 30 days prior to occupancy
$100 exit cleaning fee, and $100 rental application fee
