bedroom, 2 bath condo has a front porch off the fully equipped
kitchen, and a back porch (which overlooks the pool) off the master
bedroom suite.
The condo is newly painted, beautifully furnished,
and in mint condition. It's feels more like a home which makes staying here for a 3 or more month stay very comfortable. It is centrally located and minutes away to great shopping and restaurants; 20 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale Airport
and Hollywood Beach.
The apartment is located on the second floor, right by a staircase,
and there's also an elevator.
Newly furnished: new Master bedroom furniture and queen size mattress,
2nd BR has two twin beds.

In addition to the pool and the beach, there is plenty to do nearby.
There's great restaurants and shopping on University Drive in Coral
Springs (which is minutes away). You can venture south and visit
Miami's South Beach or travel north and visit Boca Raton's Mizner
Park or City Place in Palm Beach. Also, plenty of golf nearby!
The condo has a clubhouse that has lots of activities.
In the winter, there's Bingo once a week.
