most breath-taking beach front views on Okaloosa Island! This unit was recently remodeled and 
professionally decorated. There are expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico from both the Living Room 
and the Master Bedroom. Both rooms have access to the over-sized balcony for ease of enjoyment. 

This unit boasts a full kitchen and a second bedroom with Two Twin beds. The Living Room sofa also 
converts to a Queen size bed.

This complex is one of the smallest and nicest on Okaloosa Island, less than 50 units in the 
building. Parking and unloading are a breeze since the lot is within a few short steps of the main 
entrance. Other amenities include a sparkling, heated pool and direct beach access. Beach services 
are available daily.
