on Ray Floyd's Oak Hills golf course, this house overlooks the 11th tee. Unlike many  
other golf homes though, this location is secluded enough to enable you to watch the  
golfing action without feeling that you’re being watched in turn.  
 
Set near the end of a cul-de-sac this home benefits from fronting onto a road which is  
almost as quiet as the golf course it backs onto, so if it’s a tranquil location and a  
peaceful vacation you’re looking for, this is probably as good as it gets! 
 
With a 1/3 acre lot, and a large 30’ x 15’ swimming pool that’s designed for swimming  
rather than just splashing, this home looks like the real deal from the minute you pull  
into the drive. It also has a pool spa, a large lanai area and a beautifully manicured  
garden to add that touch of luxury you certainly won’t find with every rental home. 
 
When you need a change of scenery the local area offers lots to do. The beautiful Pine  
Island beach is just minutes away, golf is just seconds away, and there are plenty of  
other sporting activities nearby such as cycling, tennis and fishing. Once you’ve burned  
off a few calories there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. And if you're  
not the sporty type you can browse the many big-name stores that keep opening up in  
Spring Hill!

This is a recently built, high-quality property with spacious accommodation and superior  
furnishings. Its accommodation is laid out as follows: 
 
• KITCHEN: Fully equipped including dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, in-sink waste  
disposal, large fridge/freezer with ice making facilities, coffee maker, kettle,  
toaster, comprehensive array of cooking utensils and kitchen ‘bar’ stools 
• BREAKFAST AREA: Breakfast ‘nook’ area with seating for 4 people.  
• UTILITIES: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.  
• LIVING ROOM: Living area with seating for 6 people, Television with cable, DVD player,  
CD stereo system. 
• DINING: Dining area with seating for 6 people. 
• MASTER BEDROOM: Large king-sized bed (6'6" x 6'6"), ensuite bathroom with luxury bath  
and shower room, TV, separate his & hers walk-in closets. 
• 2ND BEDROOM: Double bed (6'6" x 5'0), dressing table and walk-in closet. 
• 3RD BEDROOM: Twin single beds and walk-in closet. 
• OUTSIDE: Double garage with remote electric door opener, attractive garden with  
overall lot size of approx 1/3 acre, set on Oak Hills golf course overlooking the 11th  
tee. Oversized 30' x 15' heated pool with spa and optional child safety fence. Extensive  
lanai with electric fans, outdoor dining area for 6 people, and range of poolside  
furniture 
 
RESTRICTIONS: No pets, No smoking.

Activities and Attractions

Known also as the Nature Coast, this area is a haven for wildlife. You can visit  
numerous state parks within a couple of hours’ drive, but there’s lots to see much  
closer to home than that. It’s entirely possible to sit next to the pool and have a  
gopher tortoise, or a sandhill crane walk by within feet of you, and a kayak trip down  
the nearby Weeki Wachee River offers the chance to see abundant bird and aquatic life,  
including manatees and otters. A few minutes further away at Pine Island beach you’ve a  
good chance to see dolphins and turtles too. 
 
More ‘mythical’ creatures are on view at the nearby Weeki Wachee Springs and Buccaneer  
Bay Water Park where you can watch the Mermaid Show, or swim in the crystal clear spring- 
fed waters which remain at a constant 74.2 degrees throughout the year. 
 
Pine Island with its lovely beach, and famous sunsets is just a short drive away, and if  
you’re there at sunset you may find yourself witnessing an outdoor wedding ceremony, as  
it’s a popular romantic spot for tying the knot! 
 
Spring Hill is a fast developing town in its own right too, with an ever-growing  
assembly of household-name shops, and lots of restaurants to choose from, as well as a  
full range of coffee shops. As you’d expect the area also has a range of other forms of  
entertainment such as cinema and bowling. 
 
If you like sport and outdoor activities there’s plenty to do nearby. Obviously golf is  
just seconds away, but fishing, cycling, tennis and various other activities are  
available within a short drive. There are free tennis courts and well-organised cycle  
trails with reasonably priced cycle hire close by. Don’t worry that you have to organise  
everything in advance though - we make sure to send you a guide on how to find all these  
places before you arrive for your vacation, and we’ve sought out all the best ones at  
the cheapest rates too, so you’ll be able to enjoy your vacation like you’ve been  
visiting Spring Hill for years! 
 
If you’d like to travel further afield and see some of the other attractions of Central  
Florida they’re fairly easy to reach too. Some sample distances are:

Homosassa Springs state wildlife park - 26 miles  
Orlando - 83 miles
