bright home with back yard directly onto the beach.  One of the few 
remaining cottages on the beach, this quaint three bedroom home 
offers fabulous sunsets and the peaceful lapping of the waves just 
steps from the back porch.

Lay in the hammock and dream your day away.  This property offers 
1500 square feet, full kitchen and laundry room.  Bed linens and 
towels are provided.  Just 30 minutes drive from Tampa airport is 
the bohemian town of Indian Rocks Beach with great restaurants and 
local shops.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Directly on the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants.  
Three large malls within 30 minutes drive.  Close to two 
International airports, theme parks and only one and a half hours 
from Orlando.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season: $1750 per week
High Season: $2499 per week

Rent subject to 12% tax

Pet Deposit $100 (non-refundable)
Cleaning Fee $100

Deposit required $500 (per rental week)
Minimum stay 7 nights
