Vacation Rental Description

Beach front property located on beautiful Jupiter Island.    
Gorgeous wide sandy beaches.  Beautiful remodeled unit.  Furnished 
two bedroom master bedroom has 2 double beds, guest room – 2 twin 
beds.  There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.  Enjoy the 
ocean view from the large balcony.

Jupiter Island is the home of some of the most exquisite real estate 
in the country.  Enjoy walking on the pristine beaches or along the 
islands bike trail. 

Fully equipped kitchen, all linens, beach chairs and towels.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated swimming pool which overlooks the ocean.  Covered parking.  

TV and DVD, CD stereo located in the living room.  Also a TV in the 
master bedroom.

Activities and Attractions

The biggest attraction is the Island itself.  No where will you find 
a more glorious place to call “home”.  But when you do venture off 
the island, you will enjoy all the fine restaurants, night-life, 
golfing, boating and shopping that the area has to offer.

Vacation Rental Rates

January-March $3,900 per month
April $2,500 per month
May-December $2,000 per month

January-March minimum 3 month rental
Post season rentals on monthly basis only
NO WEEKLY RENTALS!!

*** Unit Rented Jan 08 thru April 08 ***

Renters will be required to pay a $1000 refundable deposit to the 
condo association, a $1000 refundable deposit to the owner and a non-
refundable $100 cleaning fee to the owner, a 
$100 non-refundable fee to the management association for 
processing. Background/credit checks will be made by the management 
association. Absolutely no pets and no smoking.
