Unit includes two televisions with expanded digital cable, new computer with 20” LCD screen, high speed wireless internet, and nation-wide digital phone service. Kitchen is fully equipped and the unit has full size washer and dryer. Location is ideal, just across from the pool with spa, and tennis courts. Cross Creek has an 18 hole executive golf course, which renters are welcome to use. The complex is located off Daniels Parkway, about five miles from the airport and convenient for shopping, etc. Only about 20 minutes to the wonderful gulf coast beaches. Sorry, community rules prohibit pets.
