Great house at a great price. 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a
queen bed, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 bunkbeds,
and third one has a double bed. 2 Bathrooms with showers. Dinning
room, living room seats 8, 2 TV's with cable channels including HBO.
VCR/DVD and movies. Kitchen Includes large fridge, stove, oven,
microwave, purified water, coffee machine, spices, pots and pans,
and dishware.
Parking is in front of the house, there is room for 2 cars. If
you need additional parking we can park with the neigbors, please
let me know before you come.

The house is inside a gated community, Overlooking the beach.
There is a fence all around and 24 hour security. We have owned the
house for 15 years, and we have never had any problems with crime.

The water is about 100 yards from the house, there are no buildings
between the house and the beach, but there is a street which is
lower than the house, so it does not obstruct the view.
From the house you will be able to see dolphins in the ocean,
grey wales (in winter months) and the cruise ships as they enter the
port of Ensenada.
The tourist section of the city is only 1 mile from the house,
where you will find restaurants, shops, bars, and night clubs. The
famous bufadora is a short 30 minute drive south from The house.
There is also golfing, fishing and excursions nearby.

Security Deposit:
A 50% security deposit is required to reserve the house. This is non-refundable, and can be paid via paypal (all credit cards accepted) or by check. The remainder of the payment can be paid in cash upon arrival of the hoouse.
