The backyard is filled with a view that you will dream of as the fish
gather nearby and the dolphins and tarpin frolick. The beach is a 5
minute walk. The bells from the San Marco church ring to a tranquill
sound.

Fishing and boating in your back yard; spa and pool both heated and
the residents beach is only a 5 minute walk. The sunrise and sunset
are yours to enjoy. The movie room allows for the ideal placement of
the kids so mom and dad can enjoy to quiet time in the main house. A
kitchen upstairs allows for your guest to enjoy their own
peacefullness seperated from you. Five bedrooms total, including
three ensuite bedrooms (1 king bed suite and 2 queen bed suites).
The other two rooms have a king size bed and a twin bed's. A boat
can
be docked directly in the back yard. Privacy on large upperdecks.
Its just a magical place.
No smoking and no pets allowed.

Beach, boating , fishing and golf are all at your footsteps. You
really
don't need a car. Everything is on the island and you can walk to
most everything. Residents beach access requires a one month stay.

Enjoy the magic of the new Kingdom for the same basic rates of a
hotel; Prices are reflective but you will be entitled to a real
vacation instead of a hotel. At 3500.00 to 4000.00 per week(time of
season and number of guests) you will
want to come back every year!
