Fully outfitted kitchen is ready for the casual meal or a seven course dinner. An island work area with four stools separate the dining area and the open living room. Take your meal out to the lanai and enjoy the privacy of the outdoors.  The Villages is a very active 55+ community with many family activities also available for grandchildren and others. You may want the (optional) Villages Amenity Transfer ID Card to give you full access to all amenities. Golf cart provided for short term rentals only. Golf cart paths are provided for access throughout The Villages.  No Pets or Smokers are allowed by our insurance carrier and our allergies. We hope you understand.
