Vacation Rental Description

Interior Decorator's home. Newly renovated and furnished with almost 
all new furniture throughout and ready to be lived in. 
Professionally 
decorated, furnishings are of personal choice and not generic for 
rental purposes. Gourmet kitchen with granite counertops. Located on 
a  preserve between both town squares and on a very quiet street, 
also close to all shopping, restaurants, 
banking and medical facilities.

Master Bedroom is furnished for comfort with a pillow top king 
mattress and a large walk-in closet. Master bath has double sinks 
with granite counter tops. The second bedroom is also furnished with 
a queen sized bed.  Split Design offer the Master bedroom and full 
bath on one side and the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom, with full bath 
in between, on the other side.

Fully Outfitted Kitchen is ready for the casual meal or a seven 
course dinner. An island work area with four stools separate the 
dining area and the open living room. Take your meal out to the 
lanai and enjoy the privacy of the outdoors.Relax and watch your 
favorite, 180 channel, cable TV program in the 
living room. 

The Villages is a very active 55+ community with many family 
activities also available for grandchildren and others. You may want 
the (optional) Villages Amenity Transfer ID Card to give you full 
access to all amenities. Golf cart paths are provided for access 
throughout The Villages.

No Pets or Smokers are allowed by our insurance carrier and our 
allergies. We hope you understand. Smoking outside the home is your 
choice.

   

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kitchen: Ice maker refrigerator, range, Dishwasher, Microwave,  
Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender, Electric can opener and mixer, 
Service for eight

Utility Room: Washer, Dryer, Vacumn cleaner, Iron and ironing board

Whole House: Two TVs, Linens and towels, Clock radio, and all the 
extras for your home away from home.

Nightly Entertainment, Dancing, Dining, Movies and Specialty shops 
are located in the two town squares of Spanish Springs and Lake 
Sumter Landing, only minutes away. Visit the many Florida State 
Parks, Historic sites or the Orlando Amusement Attractions within an 
hour drive.

Activities and Attractions

17 Golf Courses, you pay only a small trail fee on the Executive 
courses. The Championship course have a nominal green fee.

16 Recreation Centers (last count)that offer the following:

the ranges and nightly entertainment and dancing at the the Village 
Square (more wildlife viewing).

Sep-Oct 2008      $1600/month 2 week minimum
Nov-Dec 2008      $2400/month 2 week min. stay
Jan-Mar 2009      $2900/month 1 month min. stay
Apr-May 2009      $1600/month 1 month min. stay
One half rent of term  + $500 security deposit must be received to 
guarantee your requested time period of stay. Deposit will not be 
applied toward rent or included in the rental cost.

$75 Cleaning maintenance fee
All rates are subject to change until security deposit is received 
and your requested dates are confirmed. All deposits and rent are 
non-refundable due to cancellation on the part of the rentor.
Negotiable, low rental terms for combined seasons of 6 months or more
