Vacation Rental Description

3 Bedroom/ 2 bath home overlooking a beautiful sandy beach where 
nature abounds. Short walkway from the patio to the sand. 

Nice kitchen where the chef doesn't miss a thing, great views from 
the full-size windows.

Living room very comfortable with a great fireplace.  Satellite TV 
which is difficult to watch because it is in front of the same 
windows that you can watch the dolphins, pelicans, waves, and 
breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Maybe you'd just like to listen 
to 
the stereo and drink your margueritas watching the scenery like the  
Cruise Ships as they go by.

Big courtyard in the back which is very private (enclosed) even if 
you park your car in it.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 Queen Beds(one in each bedroom),1 bedroom also has a twin bed 

2 full-size bathrooms--one with a large walk-in shower and the other 
bathroom has a full-size tub as well as a shower. Towels provided

Kitchen has full stove, microwave,full refrigerator, dishwasher, 
silverware, dishes & cups, and pots & pans

Patio with Patio furniture

Satellite TV in living room and 1 bedroom. DVD and VCR and Stereo

Courtyard with Patio furniture and Barbeque. 2 boogie boards, 2 skin boards, sand toys

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, Surfing, Beach-walking, Hiking, Star-gazing, playing in 
the sand, RELAXING!!!!

Fishing in front of the house or on the Bay or rent a Panga Boat 
nearby. Great scenery.

Horseback-riding on the beach, Golfing nearby in town or how about a 
trip to the wineries.

Hustle and bustle, shopping and nightlife can be found in Ensenada-
40 minutes north.

La Bufadora which is a big tourist attraction is just up the road, 
15 minutes away.  Local shopping

Vacation Rental Rates

$1400 per week 7 days/6nights, minimum 6 nights in the summer months
After Labor Day, 3 night minimum at $270 per night
Cleaning fee $70 and refundable security deposit
