Vacation Rental Description

Prime vacation family setting on 200' of private beach.  House has  
private Queen sized bedroom downstairs, loft arrangement upstairs  
with 2 Queen Beds, one Double, and a crib.  Large new deck  
overlooking the beach.  Thirty foot fieldstone fireplace in living  
room.  Setting is in the woods with Yuba Creek running behind the  
property.  The interior is original massive logs, exterior is cedar  
siding.  Far off highway US 31, no street noise, no street lights.   
5 miles to Elk Rapids, 10 miles to Traverse City, 4 miles to the  
Grand Traverses Resort.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Campfire sized beach fires allowed.  Fishing boat supplied but no  
motor.  Paddle board supplied.  Firewood supplied.  Gas Grill on  
deck.  Video library supplied.  Disposal, Microwave, no dishwasher.   
House furnishings include all linens, deck furniture, and  
kitchen items.  Great area for beach and woods walking.  Located 4  
miles N. of Grand Traverse Resort and Tom's Grocery Store.   
Spectacular sunsets.  House is perfect for family of 6 or 7 with a  
baby in the crib.  There is only one bathroom with restored   
Victorian bathtub deep and comfortable, plus a shower for the men.  
Trash service is included.  You can hear the waves as you sleep!   
Beds are new, pillow top style. Ask for renter references because  
past renters have been returning for 20 years.

Activities and Attractions

Championship golf courses all around us. Explore Traverse City area  
and North to Elk Rapids and Petoskey. Traverse City is 10 miles to  
the South of the cabin.  The National Sand Dunes are 45 min. away.  
The water is extremely warm due to the shallow water levels.  After 
waist deep in pebbles, there is a pure sand bottom.  There is a boat 
launch near by at the Yuba Park if needed.  Just enjoy your children 
on the private beach, grill on the deck, and sleep better than you 
ever have!

Vacation Rental Rates

Normal rate is $2000.00 per week in July and August.  
 
 
Sept. and Oct. rate is $1200. per week or $175.00 per night
