This condo unit is in a four-plex building. Two units up and two
units down. This unit is at ground level w/ample parking in front
and space for a power or sailboat out back at the dock. It is
located on a canal with easy access to the Atlantic or Florida Bay.
Ceiling fans in every room. A large screened porch with a fan is
off the living room and the back yard gets plenty of afternoon sun.
Upgraded kitchen and appliances and a laundry room.
Within walking distance to the beach via a bike path. The beach
also has a park with many activities. Shopping is within walking
distance.
This is a very comfortable home for families with fishing available
right off the dock.
