Vacation Rental Description

Executive-style vacation home,  4000 heated square feet, situated on  
a bluff with direct frontage on the Neuse River.  Panoramic views  
from  all rooms, multiple level decks, 40-year round sun room,  
private heated pool and outdoor hot tub.  Home sleeps 11-17 people.   
Ideal for family reunions and special events. 
 
First floor has sun room, living room, dining room, large kitchen,  
breakfast bar, master suite with king, full, single and multiple  
futons, New Bern room with queen, and 2.5 BA.  Second floor has two  
bedrooms, two full baths, great room with living and eat-in kitchen,  
and second floor deck.  During the fall through spring seasons, the  
floors can be separated and rented separately to a couple or smaller  
group.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully heated, central air, outdoor heatable 16-foot swim against  
current pool, outdoor hot tub, multiple level decks, lovely front  
porch, 2-kayaks, flat boat, bicycles, tables,  
chairs, dishes, serving dishes, flatware for special events. A  
variety of indoor games and books available for guest use.

$300/night three night minimum, $2000/week August 15-June 15 
$2700/week June 15-August 15 
$300 refundable damage deposit 
$120 cleaning fee, $50 for pets when accepted 
Rental subject to 13% occupancy tax 
 
First floor apartment rents for $200/night, second  
floor apartment for $150/night, 3 night minimum
