Vacation Rental Description

Watch the sun rise in the morning to sip coffee by large picture 
windows overlooking stunning Otsego Lake.  Our 1950s bungalow cottage 
has been lovingly restored and in our family for five generations.  
Your children will love the bunk beds, playing under the shady trees 
on the lawn, fishing from the dock, and relaxing in our three 
bedroom, one bath cottage.   

Vacation Rental Amenities

We offer:

Three bedrooms, one bath:  Two full beds, and bunk beds.

A fully-appointed kitchen.

TV, VCR/DVD Combo.

Digital cable television, CABLE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS, and 
telephone service to keep you connected if you need to be available 
for the occasional office call or wish to browse the Cooperstown 
Chamber of Commerce or Visitor's Center websites for information to 
guide your stay.  

An outdoor charcoal grill, and picnic table await your 
family cookouts.  

A gas fireplace to warm you on cool nights.  

Cozy bedrooms with quality linens.

Possible dock access for additional fee.

Glimmerglass Opera - Baseball Hall of Fame - Howe Caverns - Fenimore 
House Museum - Farmer's Museum - Ommegang Brewery - Antique Shops and 
Galleries - Excellent restaurants - Golf, Swimming, Fishing and

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rental Rates:

Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend
$1,200 USD per week

Hall of Fame Pricing
$2,000 USD per week

Before Memorial Day Weekend or After Labor Day Weekend
$600 USD per week
$350 USD Friday-Sunday, if no weekly renter has reserved.

POLICIES:

Rental week begins on Friday at 4:00 PM and ends the following Friday 
at 10:00 a.m.  

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book the cottage, with 
full payment due 5 business days prior to arrival.  We accept 
personal checks or PayPal.  We are not able to take credit card 
payments at this time other than through PayPal, and apologize for 
the inconvenience.  

No pets.  Non-smokers only in house.  Smoking outside permitted.  
Limited parking available, two vehicles only, please.
