Staying in a beautiful place that is conveniently located to all the wonderful things Myrtle Beach
has to offer! Broadway Station unit 713 is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo just 3 blocks from the
beach and just one mile from the ever-popular Broadway at the Beach. This new property located off
38th Ave North in Myrtle Beach is am affordable, yet comfortable way to stay in style while
vacationing on the fabulous Grand Strand. The pool area is exquisite with an extra large outdoor
pool, covered Jacuzzi, grilling area, and spacious sundeck for sunbathing. Take a break from the sun
and work out in the exercise room located in the clubhouse by the pool.
Ready to ride some waves? The beautiful, wide, sandy beach is only 3 blocks away. Hop in the car and
scoot on over – there are plenty of public access areas to park in. When you are tired from the
beach, come back and relax in this fully furnished condo. It is on the first floor of this 3-story
walkup building. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a
family meal. The open floor plan is especially nice so everyone can enjoy each other’s company. The
dining area has a table that seats six persons. The living room has a sliding door that opens out
onto a balcony where you can relax and enjoy an evening breeze. There is a washer and dryer for your
convenience inside the condo.
The master bedroom has a swing king bed. This means it can be converted to two twin beds if needed.
(perfect for golfers!) The second bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa in the living room converts
into a queen sleeper. There are two full baths in the unit. Linens and departure cleaning are
included free of charge. Unit 713 has 3TV’s and 1DVD player.
