Gold Medal Water designation from the Colorado Wildlife Commission.
With over 9000 miles of rivers and creeks in Colorado, only 168
miles of these are considered Gold Medal Water which offers the
greatest potential for trophy trout fishing.

or go for a ride on your bike. Tired from a day of activities? Then
sit and relax on any one of the three levels of this beautifully

This townhome is air conditioned with ceiling fans and is completely
furnished for your relaxing stay. Whether your stay is for business,
pleasure, or both, we offer a fully furnished kitchen, linens, and a
separate work area with high-speed internet and a printer is
available for your use. There is a garage for your use to park one
vehicle as well as safely store some of your vacation equipment.

Located just three miles from downtown Durango, 30 miles south of
Durango Mountain Resort, only a few miles to the brand new community
hospital, and just minutes away from the airport, this townhome
location offers you all the amenities and quick access for business
and pleasure while providing you with a quiet and relaxing
