Vacation Rental Description

Absolutely stunning mountain home surrounded by Forest land. Located 
in the Tahoe Paradise area of South Lake Tahoe, away from the hustle 
& bustle of South Lake (but an easy drive if you do want to go play).
 Private deck with Hot tub, Gas BBQ, and patio furniture. Home is 
decorated with an upscale Tahoe flavor with surround sound TV, 
stereo, DVD, VCR. Woodburning river-rock fireplace with log mantle.
Pine, rock and bear accents throughout. We completely remodeled this 
cabin and designed as a vacation getaway. For the 
discriminating Tahoe client. By the way...flannel sheets, down 
comforters and more+ Fully equipped kitchen, including coffee maker, 
coffee grinder, basic spices, etc.

Specify which complimentary wine (red or white) or champagne you 
will 
require to have awaiting your arrival. The hot tub will be HOT!

Minutes to the heart of South Lake Tahoe and the new Stateline 
amenities, casinos, ice rink, Heavenly Gondola etc. Fallen Leaf Lake 
is 10 minutes away or put your knapsack on and climb Echo peak to 
Angora Lake, Echo lake and Fallen Leaf Lake. It truly is all here 
for 
your Lake Tahoe get-a-way! After enjoying all that Tahoe has to 
offer, summer and winter, relax in the bubbling Hot Tub on the very 
private deck or enjoy the soft sounds of the wind in the pines. This 
stunning retreat is located in a VERY quiet area of Lake Tahoe with 
the crowds a distant memory.

Spring: April 18-June 19 $150 per night/$1,000 per week
Summer: June 20-September 5th $250/night $1700 per week
Fall: September 6th-December 14 $150 per night $1,000 per week
Winter: December 15 2007-April 17, 2008 $250/night $1700 full week
Thanksgiving: 3 night minimum $200/night
Christmas: 5 night minimum  .....$2800/week
New Years: 7 night minimum ......$3500/week

other Federal holidays 3 night minimum.

$75 cleaning fee, $250 refundable security deposit,  transient 
occupancy tax (El Dorado County) based on rent.
