Our home is located across the street from the beach access, a mere 150 yard
walk to the boardwalk and the beach! Upon entering our home, you will be greeted by a magnificent view of the lagoon teeming with wildlife. The living room has a two-story ceiling and is open to both the kitchen and dining room. There are two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. The master bedroom opens out to the expansive deck, overlooking the lagoon. The master bathroom has been recently remodeled (2009). There is berber carpeting and hardwood floors (new 2011) throughout. Sit in the sun room or lounge on thedeck and enjoy the view. The floor plan is open, and with 3,300 sq
ft of living space, there is plenty of room for large groups.
