Charming one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo on the 3rd tee of our fabulous Executive Golf
Course. We have 21 pools all with Jacuzzis. Furthermore, there is an Olympic Size pool at our
Clubhouse. Our clubhouse includes a restaurant, bar, snack bar, numerous activities. It is next to
our professional tennis courts along with our tennis pro shop and golf pro shop.

I am an equity member and therefore my tenants may purchase our golf package and/or our tennis
package during their stay.

I am also a member of our excellent fitness room. The code is available in the condo.

$500 refundable deposit and $100 non refundable deposit will hold the property until one month prior
to occupancy. One month prior to arrival the total rent must be paid and the owner will then
forward the "lock box code" to you.
