Vacation Rental Description

This luxury 2-bedroom/2-bath condo was completely remodeled in May 2007 with granite/tile kitchen  
and baths, tile floors in all areas except bedrooms, new appliances, new living/dining room  
furniture,and new shade screens which allow filtered light and you can still see views. 
 
From the 10th floor you have a 180 degree view, from the Hotel Del Coronado to the north, sweeping  
down to the Coronado Yacht Club In Glorieta Bay right below the condo, with the Coronado Bay Bridge,  
San Diego Bay and San Diego city skyline in the background.  Looking south you see the San Diego  
Naval Shipyard, and the lights of Tiajuana at night.  There is always a beautiful view--day or  
night.  There is always something going on in your view area, including sail boats of all sizes,  
luxury yachts, and the Hornblower dinner cruise ship. 
 
The master bedroom has a new (June 2007) CalKing bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds, which  
can be put together to form a King bed.  The bath in the guest suite has a walk in shower with glass  
brick surround, and the master bath has a bathtub with shower over.  Both have handicap bars for  
safety.  The living room has a new Samsung 42" LCD HD TV and DVD/VCR player.  Both bedrooms have  
TV's and DVD players. There is a stereo receiver/CD player in hall closet with speakers throughout  
the condo.  The condo is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet connection.  There are two tandem  
covered parking spaces in the upper level of garage.  Two bikes and various beach chairs/toys in the  
garage go with the condo and are available for guest use. 
 
The very secure building has a 24-hour manned guard gate at entry to the Coronado Shores complex,  
key  
or clicker entry into garage, key entry from garage to lobby, and a 24-hour Doorman in the lobby. 
 
Coronado beaches were voted in the Top Ten in the world, where swimming, boogie boarding, board  
surfing, kite surfing, wind surfing, and kayaking are very popular.  Other local areas of interest  
inclulde Balboa Park, with its many Museums, the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, the USS Midway Museum,  
the  
downtown Gaslamp District, Harbor Island, Shelter Island.  The San Diego International Airport is  
only 13 minutes from Coronado Shores.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Coronado Shores has four pools/spas, eight tennis courts, two clubhouses (one with bar), planned  
activities in the Beach Clubhouse and Roeder Pavilion, exercise room, and beautiful grounds with  
lush landscaping, waterfalls, and meandering waterways.  You can rent motorized water craft and  
kayaks across the street at the Yacht Club.

classes.

Coronado Shores CC&R's do not allow rentals of less than 28 days.  You can leave early and stay less  
than 28 days, but your rental contract must be for a minimum of 28 days.
