This chalet is a must visit nestled in the heart of the beautiful Catskill mountains, just 2 1/2 to
3 hours northwest of New York City. For a single person wanting to get away from it all, to couples
or families, this experience offers something for everyone. Whether you are looking to do nothing in
a quiet secluded, yet accessible spot or wishing to be more active, the choice is yours. Three
generous bedrooms are complimented by a spacious sunny great room with a fireplace/woodstove for
your living/dining pleasure that opens onto...

A large private wrap-around outdoor deck offering unparalleled panoramic views of the Catskill
mountains and sky, great for sun-bathing or star-gazing. An ornamental pond adds that finishing
touch to what will be a memorable experience.

Chalet amenities include a full-service kitchen with dishwasher, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster
oven, refridgerator, stove and oven, as well as an outdooor grille and dining tables that can
accomodate up to 12. Two downstairs bedrooms, each have a queen-sized bed with the upstairs suite
featuring two twin beds. TV with a combo DVD and CD player and WIFI, all allow you to stay in touch.

Mobile phone service is available thru many cellular phone companies, such as Verizon in the house
as well.

This chalet has close accessibility to year-round activities/attractions, including about a 10
minute drive to Belleayre Mountain which hosts the Belleayre Music Festival, great hiking in the
warmer months to world class skiing in the winter. Tee off at Hanah Golf Coarse,about 10 minutes
from the chalet as well. Additional attractions include the ski slopes of Plattekill, Windham and
Hunter mountains which range from about a 15 - 45 minute drive from the house. Enjoy the towns of
Woodstock, Margaretville and Roxbury offering something for adults and children alike. Additional
activities include white-water tubing on local rivers, antiquing, fishing and hiking and world class
spas/restaurants as well. Visit the unique Farmer's Market at the Round Barn, featuring produce and
crafts from local farmers and artisans.

A large pool with lounge areas and tennis courts are a five minute WALK from the house to complete
the experience.
