Three story townhouse in the Magnolia Beach Condominium project in
Fairhope, on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay. The first floor has
covered parking, an entry hall and utility space with washer and
dryer, and a den/study with full bath. The second floor has the
living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and a balcony with a
view of the bay. The third floor has two bedrooms, each with a
queen sized bed and a full bath. The master bedroom has a balcony
with a bay view.

Nicely furnished by the owner/artist; all utilities provided
including cable television. There is a microwave, dishwasher,
refrigerator with ice maker, central air conditioning, and a washer
& dryer. All bed and bath linens and kitchen utensils are provided.

There is a walkway leading to a deck area with a swimming pool, and
a pier entending out into Mobile Bay. Lots of places to sit and
relax, either in the sun or in a shaded area.

It's a short drive to downtown Fairhope and the Grand Hotel in Point
Clear. The Fairhope Pier and rose garden are a .9 mile walk through
the bayfront park. It's an easy 40 minute drive to Mobile. Several
great restaurants are within walking distance. Fairhope is noted as
an arts community. Winter boasts downtown lights, a Christmas
parade, art walks, concerts, film series, local theater, and other
activities. Spring and summer feature Mardi Gras parades, a Fourth
of July celebration and a farmers' market. Historic Blakely State
Park, Gulf State Park, and Bellingrath Gardens are less than an hour
away.

$1,600 per month, one month minimum. 4% lodging tax.
