Changing Tides Cottages is a charming complex composed of ten (10) one
and two bedroom upgraded cottages nestled along 180' of Boca Ciega
Harbor. Use of boat slips/complimentary kayaks and canoes, along with nearby
scooter rentals makes a car unnessary. Local trolley and bus gets you
anywhere along all the beaches. One block to a lovely white-sand Gulf
beach - 2 blocks to John's Pass - terrific restaurants, shops, and fishing
boats - and leisurely dock-side people and wildlife watching.

Along with DOLPHINS and MANATEES, the pastels sunsets from
your front yard make it painful to leave the property!

Changing Tides Cottages are fully furnished and equipped. Each cottage has water views,
sliders, decks or patios. There are gas grills, covered gazebo, fishing and sun-bathing on the docks,
along with complimentary kayaks and canoes.

With Friendly Pets, size is not an issue! We are an enclosed compound which adds to your relaxation as
your pet enjoys the grounds with you, off leash if you desire.
We are close to dog beaches and wonderful people beaches.

1-bedroom cottages run $650 per wk /$105per night

2-bedroom cottages run $725-$900 per wk /$130-$175per night

PET fees-$5-10 per per night - No size limit on friendly pets!

Monthly rates are available

DOCK fees-$10-$30 per night - up to 40' boats

No Cleaning Fees - of course, we expect accidents to be taken care of as needed.
