Wixom Lake Rental in Gladwin

40 W Lakeshore Drive, Hope, MI
Three bedroom, fully furnished lakefront cottage. Located on main
part of Wixom Lake. Cottage sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
Cottage is located on 70 ft of water. Rental includes 60' dock
perfect for boat or pontoon.
Lake is great for boating, fishing, and swimming. Located 15 miles
from Midland and is close to several golf courses.
Wixom Lake includes both Tittabwasee and Tobacco Rivers providing
3/4 mile wide and 5 miles long for excellent boating.

Kitchen: Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes,
cooking utensils, toaster and
coffee pot.
Living room with fireplace and television with cable hookup.
Two bedrooms down stairs with full sized beds, dressers and closets.
One bedroom up stairs with two full beds, dresser and closets.
One bathroom with shower.
Large deck with great views of sunsets. Two picnic tables, several
chairs, and charcoal grill.

Swimming -- walk out sandy beach great for swimming. Gradually
deeper.
Boating -- great for tubing and skiing.
Fishing -- great fishing even off dock. (Sunfish, perch, pike, bass)
Grocery store in Edenville. Also 15 miles from Midland with
Meijer's store, a mall and many
restuarants. Some restaurants in the Wixom Lake area.

Weekly rentals, check in time is 2:00 pm on Saturday. Check out
time is 11:00 am the following
Saturday.
May 1st through September 30th
To secure rental a deposit of 1/2 of the rent plus $75.00 cleaning
fee is required.   A rental contract is also required at the same time. If left in same  condition as check in, cleaning fee may be returned. Also a $25.00 deposit for sheets and towels. If you bring own linens, linen fee waived.
Cancellation/refund policy:
Two months or more before reservation: 100%
1 to 2 months before the reservation: 50%
2 weeks to 1 month before reservation: 25%
2 weeks or less before reservation: 00%
Prefer no pets but may be allowed at the owner's discretion with pet
fee of $50.00 per week.
